Meet the Owner
Dawn Foxon Crain, the owner of A Blessed Life Elder & Family Services, LLC. has a passion for helping others and is a Licensed LCSW and LCAS, a Nationally Certified Case Manager (CCM), which is the only cross-setting, cross discipline case manager credential for health care and related fields that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies.
A member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), and an Advanced Professional Aging Life Care Member (ALCA) - She is also a Board Certified Human Service professional (HSP-BC) with her Bachelors in Human Services with a Concentration in Gerontology (BSHS-GER), and a Masters in Social Work (MSW).
Her expertise, along with her compassion for others and previous work in the healthcare, legal, human resource and long term care insurance fields, give her insight into providing knowledgeable assistance for her clients. Dawn's practicum allowed her great clinical experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and she is working toward adding Grief Counseling and Other Therapies to her Services for Families. This expertise allows her to commit to the highest level of quality service to both her clients, their families, and the industry.
